Always looking to strengthen current employees skills and knowledge. Great company to learn any aspect of a business in and recognize the challenges of being part of global company. Overall good pay.

Cons

Be prepared to do the work of 3 people. Covidien will pay you well but it feels the expectation is work first, life second. Direction of the company from upper level management is not always clear, especially during time of uncertainty. Recently acquired by Medtronic and rumors are the Mansfield site will be closing.
