      Pros

      I give this company the highest ratings. Company had excellent benefits and management that stood behind the local people.

      Cons

      The challenges for working at this company were limitations to work-life balance. Attendance policy was very rigid. The company shut down my plant which impacted the entire plant. I think that more thought should have went into selecting the Commerce Tx facility for closure. We were a great resource for the company and could do special things again should the company decide to come back to Texas.
