Good pay and tips. Good teamwork (front desk would chip in and help if needed).

Cons

A lot for just one person. Server, cashier, bartender, dishwasher, prep cook, and cook... all at once. Sometimes had to work alone. Hard when it got busy., but it was easier to swallow knowing all the tips would be mine.
