Cons

If you have a team member that is falling short of expectation you will have to work twice as hard to maintain a great first impression for the guest.

Great atmosphere at work. Great place for students looking for part-time employment. The rotas are very flexible and he management is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

The rate per hour is not great. Normally minimum wage.
