Pros
The team I worked with was great, even management. They were the only saving grace.
Cons
At the end of the day, its all about the money. No matter what you've put in to your job if you're paid a little bit more, and the property needs to make cuts, you're first in line. Most Bonvoy members are extremely entitled, and no matter how wrong they are, they're right. Front desk is the human punching bag. Covid safety doesn't really exist when you're not given the power to enforce anything. They don't believe in chairs, so good luck if you have joint pain. Costlt insurance plans barely make up for it.
