benefits and good vacation accrual system

Housekeeping Manager is over consumed with emailing workers about issues posted peoples phone numbers in lunch room and when you cant make in.. makes you feel even worse and tells you ..you must find you own replacement i thought that's the managers job upper management always changing every 5-6months i wonder why
