As an employee you receive discounts to book at other Marriott locations The tasks are easy to learn and comprehend Great place to network and meet people all over the world.

Cons

The pay could be a bit better considering there are times you have to go way above the amount of hospitality you were trained in order to best accommodate guests. We could have more benefits than what is given
