Working in the event space of the hotel (heights rooftop), I got to see a lot of beautiful events. Million dollar weddings offered great pay for bartenders. Good introduction for bartending if you’re new.

Cons

Management did not send out schedule until 2 days before a shift was assigned. Many women (even high school girls) working as servers were very uncomfortable and creeped out by men colleagues and the owner of the hotel for making sexual comments/staring. The bar downstairs in the main lobby had a cutthroat, not team focused culture.
