Great company and the tips are really good. Hotel pay is usually low anyway so don't expect too much but otherwise, great company.

Management was understanding to individuals personal life situations and would work around it to the best of their ability.

Cons

Never would do yearly review. Only gave raises to keep up with the economy. Equipment constantly breaking down making it hard to give guests a good experience.
