      Pros

      Excellent time-off benefits. You would be lucky to find better anywhere else. Company matches up to 9% on 401k.

      Cons

      There is a caste system in place here. There is management living up in the ivory tower and then there is the unworthy production worker that is expected to feel grateful for the privilege to exist, There are constant reminders of this.
