      Pros

      A lot of the other production employees made you want to come to work and make every day bearable.

      Cons

      Shift work, long hours, management does not care about employees or the work itself. Just there to collect a paycheck, production managers that would visit the site would hide in the office their entire visit, probably scared to talk with production employees.. and honestly didn’t want to talk to lower level employees.
