      Good benefits, inclusive culture, company's mission to feed the world is admirable, being safe place to work is important and carried out.

      Cons

      Not consistent in their message. Cost cutting results in layoffs so those that remain have more work piled on. Feels like it's all about the shareholders and not the employees. Do not get input or to decide your job tasks.
