      The pay was just okay

      Cons

      The company hires over 30-40 people at a time just to fire the majority of them. The work was repetitive and boring. This is not a good company to work for.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, work-life balance, good leaders (seems to be supported by the strong leader index numbers), pretty good time-off and other wellbeing benefits.

      Cons

      Poor management. Poor recognition. Very limited career growth even for performant employees. The company always talks about talent and retention, but it seems to stop there without much action even when they have very capable and loyal employees. The "action" they take amounts to just checkbox exercises to be able to say "see, we tried, we gave you classes and seminars". Seems to lead to a culture of apathy and stagnation.
