Limited growth - Anonymous employee Corteva Agriscience Employee Review

Poor management. Poor recognition. Very limited career growth even for performant employees. The company always talks about talent and retention, but it seems to stop there without much action even when they have very capable and loyal employees. The "action" they take amounts to just checkbox exercises to be able to say "see, we tried, we gave you classes and seminars". Seems to lead to a culture of apathy and stagnation.
