      The company direction as a whole is relatable and all-inclusive , the CEO cares about his people and community, coworkers consistently willing to help each other in tight deadlines/turnaround

      Finance organization consistently changing strategy and no clear direction or path from leadership

      Trying to maintain the moral

      Pros

      Wages, adoption assistance, paid family and individual illness, 160 hours of choice time. minimum of 40 hours a week

      Cons

      Contingent staff do as much work for less pay and less respect. Employees throw each other under the bus and a lot of micro management. There is insurance but it doesn't cover much.
