Pros

I was able to work on DECS which is mostly rare except for airline work.

Cons

1. This is a 24/7, 365-day position that requires shift work to cover continuously. The shifts were on a bid system, based on seniority. 2. The client's contract was not renewed with Corpay and will be shifted to a competitor.
