Pros

Cross-functional collaboration across technical, operations, and client teams Exposure to real-world project management at scale (multi-client portfolios) Fast-paced environment that builds strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Cons

Compensation does not always align with role scope or market benchmarks for experienced project management responsibilities Limited transparency in leveling and compensation progression for PM roles Salary bands may lag behind external market rates for similar enterprise implementation roles High responsibility and workload relative to base compensation at mid-level PM roles Growth in responsibilities can outpace compensation adjustments over time

Pros

Long standing business- proven knowledge of it's industry. Healthy cash flow = job security (unless you're at risk of AI automation).

Cons

Leadership can feel far removed from the operation. Difficult to get visibility to position yourself for advancement without stepping on toes.

Pros

Clients are finally starting to recognize the brand but they still have a way to go.

Cons

There’s too many issues with products from poorly executed acquisitions. Sales is expected to sell more with broken systems and processes. Top leadership only cares about numbers but won’t fix the issues or remove what is standing in the way of more sales. They’ve never cared enough to ask or spend time delving into anything worth time. It’s too complex and customers are dropping like flies. What used to be a fun and lively place to work has turned into a rigid, robotic, yet chaotic place to work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your contributions during your time with Corpay. We appreciate your candor and your recognition that the brand has continued to gain visibility with clients. Feedback from former employees can provide an important perspective on both progress and the areas that still require meaningful attention. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was shaped by frustration around product performance, internal processes, and leadership support. Your comments regarding the impact of acquisitions, system complexity, and the pressure placed on sales teams reflect concerns that can affect both employee confidence and customer retention. Employees should feel that the tools, structure, and leadership decisions around them are enabling success rather than creating additional obstacles. Feedback about compensation, goal setting, and the loss of experienced team members is also important, especially when it speaks to broader concerns around trust, support, and long-term engagement. We appreciate you sharing such a detailed perspective. Insights like yours are valuable for highlighting where stronger alignment, better operational support, and more thoughtful leadership attention can make a meaningful difference.
