Incredibly smart people. There are a growing number of new employees that want to work together.
Cons
Politics in company too often stand in the way of the team taking products to market. Teams work independently instead of staying focused on driving revenue by working together to complete a few high priority projects. Salaries and titles within the organization do not reflect responsibility or experience. Holly Mc Giboney has drastically improved the focus the organization has on recognizing the value of employees. Management teams need to work much harder to cascade this recognition to their teams. FLEETCOR succeeds despite all of these issues. Imagine the revenue we could generate if we worked together.
