Pros

During Covid-19 they have allowed us to stay safe and work remotely at home to provide our clients with continued customer service and have given us a small stipend to cover the cost of our internet

Cons

Since this is a large company there is a lot of turnaround and sometimes feel like we are just a number to them instead of a valued employee, they don't believe in an annual cost of living increase so don't always get a yearly raise if you are at the top of your pay grade. I was part of a buyout where the former company treated you like family and took care of them.

Pros

Work life balance was great and my management team was great until they started laying them off.

Cons

This company does massive layoffs, they are not tied to performance or productivity.
