We really appreciate your positive feedback around the friendly atmosphere, commission and that you felt well incentivised to do a great sales job.
We have invested a lot of time over the last year in investing in Sales Training for managers including how to coach and support team members. It is disappointing that you did not feel that you benefited from this. We also introduced a number of Sales Apprentice schemes.
The data quality is a focus and is part of the Sales Transformation programme, we are pleased with the progress we have made and will continue to make in this area.
