terrible capacity planning leads to overworked & frustrated employees no pay raises despite additional work unethical & questionable behavior from leadership & management - sometimes blackmail techniques used more talkers in the company than doers, talkers talk bs & produce no results unbelievable amount of money spent on stupid projects with no outcomes
