The team is lovely. Honestly what kept me here for years are the people.

Cons

CEO does not have the sense of PTO/Holiday/weekend. If he wants something, you need to get it fast. Too many executives with too many layers of management, we need more analysts to work, not more managers to manage analysts or SVP/VP to manage managers. Merit increase structure is terrible if you grow internally.
