      Flexible working and very considerate of work/life balance Good salary Plenty of stuff going on to keep you busy - you won’t get bored or sit around twiddling thumbs CIO gets it

      Cons

      Plenty of micro managers. Many of whom haven’t seen outside of Fleetcor during careers Ignorant leadership within infrastructure org - the biggest barrier to company growing No forward thinking - just about keeping the lights on

It was good to hear that you found you were remunerated well and that your role kept you busy and challenged in a positive and productive way. Our business is complex and we certainly appreciate the legacy knowledge that is in the business. I am sorry that you found this difficult to navigate and as such found this to be a barrier to our success as a business and frustrating to you personally. We certainly do not advocate micromanagement, so will take this feedback and ensure this is fed back directly to the leadership teams.
