Great people but management needs to look after staff better

Good friendly team and people across most of the business Work life balance Adopting WFH and no pressure to go back to office even as a hybrid

Cons

Salary uncompetitive and heavily reliant on (average) commission structure. Company perks are lacking or falling behind industry (vacation, health benefits, 401k contributions etc.) Too slow moving on the decision process and beginning to fall behind more nimble competitors. Product development not advancing and being left behind. Some management more focused on their own egos being a manager vs actually managing and supporting their team.
