Pros

I have worked here for 3 years, the commission scheme is very generous and once you get to the top 14 of performers, you will also get great benefits such as Shares and Paid for holidays

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but if you want to get in the top 14 you will need to work hard and be very keen to learn

Money can be made but once you make it the structure changes.

Cons

Very cliquish. You need to kiss a lot of rear ends to be in the crowd that moves up.
