      Working at Fleetcor

      Pros

      I have worked for the business in total for 5 years, and feel Fleetcor is an extremely rewarding place to work within a sales environment. The rewards for exceeding target are the best I've known working in sales and my manager is a fantastic asset to the business, who is always willing to help and encourage best practice. On a personal level, being able to work in a hybrid set up, splitting my time between the office and working from home has helped me fundamentally with my work and life balance.

      Hard Work = Rewards

      Pros

      Fleetcor is an incredibly rewarding place to work both financially and in a recognition sense. It is often a cliché in the corporate world but, here hard work genuinely pays off. Just to evidence that, this year Fleetcor are affording the top 14 performing sales executives both shares in the company and an all expenses paid luxury holiday to the Caribbean. This is above and beyond the already generous commission sceme. FleetCor have recently installed a new VP of sales who has been making waves in the company in a massively positive way and has been a driving force behind some big improvements and key hires within the company.

      Cons

      I suppose the only cons that I have at the moment are that the office is currently a bit tired and the carparking isn't ideal but we have been reliably informed that our VP has a plan in place to renovate our office and increase the parking capacity imminently.

      Pros

      I have worked for FleetcorUK for over 9 years . During this time I have won multiple Salesman of the year/month awards & these awards have allowed me to travel to parts or the world including Mexico & the Dominican Republic, attend events such as the FA Cup Final & achieve financial reward which would not have been possible if it wasn’t for my tenure & hard work here.

      Cons

      If there was any cons, i wouldn't have worked here & been successful for over 9 years!
