Coppell ISD reviews

Lots of pressure on teachers to succeed. Parents are highly involved and want a say so in how and what kids are taught. Really places kids on a college track and not all kids are fit for that. Limited alternatives

Coppell prides itself on being "trend-setting" but really just copies what others are doing and gives teachers little to no training. In-district training is a complete waste of time. Upper admin, specifically the curriculum department, does little to support the daily activities of the districts' learners. Few resources are provided which makes the teachers have to constantly search for materials and purchase on our own. Basic items such as a scope and sequence have been asked for for many years and not provided. Each academic department has its "resources" in different locations which makes it VERY difficult for teachers to find.....soooooo many cons to list here.
