Pros
This school district is one of the higher paying. Parents are a great support system and students come in with a ton of knowledge. You can really teach with depth.
Cons
Lots of pressure on teachers to succeed. Parents are highly involved and want a say so in how and what kids are taught. Really places kids on a college track and not all kids are fit for that. Limited alternatives
