Good education, nice colleagues, and 8 classes on block schedule

Cons

Administration needs to approach teachers more collaboratively as team members and not dictators. Teachers across the state need to be seen and heard as the professionals that the are and be added to the knowledge base.

Really supportive principle, Laura Springer. Cares about each and every student. Quite generous pay for young career teacher. Students are generally quite motivated (high performing school)

Day-to-day support from administration can be difficult to come by - this is a BIG school
