Pros

The best thing as Flight Attendant is traveling to all America's continent, that means: north, central, south America and also the Caribbean. You get to know many places and you also have benefits on cheap tickets to go anywhere in the world on your time off. You get to know many fun people and you get to have many friends, it's fun cause the latinos are very open and caring people. The company gives you money for the food when you fly out of Panama, so that's what FA use to add a little bit more to their income. It's a fun and interesting job if you don't like being seated at a desk all day long.

Cons

The tickets work on availability, sometimes you can't get on the flight. The starting salary is very low, underpaid on the market. Right now is one the lowest salary in Panama. FA have to share bedroom at hotels by sex, 2 women or 2 men. So you'll have to sleep with a complete stranger every night. They don't really care about the FA and that's why they have a very high rotation of staff. They are very pushy and all they care is how to save and make more money.

Pros

You meet a lot of nice people from many different backgrounds. Copa pays on time. Transportation is provided to Flight Crews to the airport. New Aircraft. Friendly cabin crews. Close to the beach when you have time off and aren't too tired.

Cons

Poor communications and feedback from company management. Horrible schedules. Only 7 days per month off for crews. Pay deductions are extremely difficult to figure out. Traffic is horrible in the city (to and from work).
