Amazing Organization! You feel an absolute sense of pride when you are an employee for Copa.

Cons

Zero ramp-up and zero training for administrative roles. All the training and resources are made available to employees who directly face customers. Some Sr. Directors and higher ups have zero people skills and abuse their employees and HR does nothing about it. Inspiring Leadership isn't something HR or the CEO worries to much about. Policy that they will not rehire employees who have voluntarily left the company... Poor HR thinking.
