Good reasons? just that you travel within the americas without paying for it, but regarding the rest, nothing is good.

Cons

the salary. It is really ridiculous that this company, which is one of the most profitable airlines worldwide, pays you 450.00 a month to start working as a flight attendant, being 416.00 the minimum salary in panama, not to mention the other job positions... really embarrasing.
