Great company until hard times.

Great company to build experience as a pilot. Normally fast upgrade and great aircraft.

Cons

Union membership, as an expat you are treated with disrespect and hate from SR pilots. You are second rate to local pilots, and Union support. The company normally supports foreigners but in hard times they do not.

Very professional company with very high security standards. Short left seat transition if you have previous experience

Cons

Pay rate could be a little better. Schedule based on PBS seniority so it's hard to get your preferences at the beginning.
