Pros

It's definitely a company where you will learn a lot given the nature of the industry, no matter in what department you end up working. You get travel benefits, not only within the company but with other airlines as well.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive. Depending on the area of work, you may get overwhelmed with emails outside of working hours. Setting personal life - work boundaries may be difficult.
