The company was always focused on maintaining the highest standards of service quality and punctuality, providing employees with the best training, always focused on being among the first airlines in Latin America.

Cons

After the pandemic they decided to hire new staff without any type of training, letting go of staff full of knowledge, this caused a high average of bad practices at the airports and at the sales level
