Well run airline that is profitable yearly; Great colleagues that are very helpful; wonderful work/life balance; Virtual position with good customers; great product to sell. New 401K program to begin in 2023.

Cons

HDQ treats all regions as equal while North America runs differently and should be treated differently.

They teach about customer service, also in that time they were using Sabre so they teach us about the program.

Cons

Too many customer to attend and the demands to stay on schedule were sometimes ridiculous specially because sometime there were outside factors that made us loose control of the situation.
