Pathetic 401k match capped at $4k per year, regardless of salary. No pension for employees hired after 2021. Yet, there is no update to the 401k match. HR claims the benchmark benefits and salary to other companies, what a joke.

People that’s not management. Everyone works hard to make Coopervision who they are.

Cons

Very underpay. Leadership does not appreciate the work the employees are doing to make Coopervision great. There’s a huge pay gap between leadership and the employee.
