You always have to look over your shoulder, you never know what Exec has it in for you.

As previously stated in other responses, we strive to reward our employees with a competitive Total Rewards package (just to name a few; Pension, 401k Match, Quality Benefits, World Class Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program).

Employees are just a number. Leadership preaches company values like "doing the right thing" but makes decisions that demonstrate the opposite. Return to Office 5 days a week mandate announced at the end of March with the reasoning of "company culture" and "individual well-being" despite the negative impact it will have on those affected, mentally and financially. Communication is atrocious and leadership is so beyond out of touch. Underperformers and toxic/bullying leaders are tolerated while strong performers end up leaving the company.

The company is imposing a blanket rule for everyone globally to come back to the office 5 days a week from Sept 2025, despite overachieving budgets year on year, and without prior consultation from employees. No consideration for home/work life balance.
