Stable Job, 3.5 days off. Good health plan. Very nice vacation accumulation system. Good communication between administration and mfg. In house training. Constant sunny weather in Puerto Rico.

Cons

12 hour shifts should pay full 12 hours instead of only 11, low pay.

CooperVision is a great place to learn and get experience, but staying for a long time is questionable.

Pros

As much overtime as you want. The pay is comparable to other jobs. You have a great opportunity to train to improve your personal and professional life. There are some great people who work there, once you figure out who they are. They will do anything for you.

Cons

A lot is expected of you, but very little is giving. Schedules can change at the drop of a hat. There is no teams working together, everybody or department is out for themselves. There is a lot of 'fighting' in the workplace, backstabbing and such. YOu have to move between about 7 buildings throughout the day, gets old real quick.
