Training budget (although you need to be proactive with training suggestions) relaxed working environment, fantastic work life balance. Good career foundation for younger ambitious employees
Cons
Internal skills overlooked in favour of external consultation. Management outside of working region can result in a "Hands Off" management experience, while this does allow working freedom it also results in employee isolation. Performance related annual review process could be improved, achievements have been marked down as the top "overachieved" status should be almost "unattainable" so even if your line manager believes you've gone "above and beyond" senior management (who have no insight into your daily achievements or efforts) will mark it down. Wage increases from internal promotions are not inline with the salary package on offer to external candidates.
