CooperVision is a great place to start your career. Strong culture, welcoming and friendly environment, people treat each other with respect. There is a real sense of meritocracy, if you put in the work and show that you care you will be rewarded. The people running the show are smart and know what they’re doing, no ego’s.

Cons

Too many meetings, confusing organizational structure.

This was a great internship experience. They give you so much autonomy and trust you with meaningful projects. The intern coordindator was amazing and so supportive of they whole cohort!

Cons

There is room for improvement when it comes to interdepartment communication. Sometimes there were too many cooks in the kitchen and communication got confusing.
