Partners and senior associates are for the most part very reasonable. The culture is one where the members of the team really look out for each other

Lots of events, webinars, in-office treats.

Cons

Workflow is very irregular, as most corporate law firms are because they are dependent on the economy. But we can often be stretched very thin. High turnover of team members, no solid team.
