A well managed and well-led firm. The IP group prioritizes teamwork and camaraderie. There is a strong sense of support from the colleagues as well. The firm goes above and beyond offering benefits beyond the standard perks provided by other large firms. Highly recommended.

1000 a year on fitness equipment, gym memberships, etc. Decent bonus structure. A lot of great co workers. Flexible wfh.

Cons

Politics are politicking but that's expected, it's big law. Team collaboration as a firm is lacking, geographically speaking. Uneven work distribution.
