Pros

- Health benefits were good - Monthly meal credits is great value if you don't cook - Plenty to learn and build

Cons

- Senior leadership wants drastic change with no/minimal investment - No respect for personal time. Always on call/expected to answer - Too much finger pointing. Teams do not collaberate well together and typically "point fingers" at one another when issues occur.

Pros

The best part of working here is the people — the team is passionate, collaborative, and genuinely invested in building something meaningful. The culture is open and inclusive, encouraging ideas from everyone. There's also a strong sense of purpose that comes from uniting people through food, which makes the work feel purposeful and fulfilling.

Cons

CookUnity is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, which can be challenging for those who prefer more structure or a slower rhythm
