Male dominated environment with little regard or trust for minority voices, very much a "boys' club" culture as reflected both in social dynamics and marketing work. Leadership lacks alignment, is often at odds, which cascades into confusion, lack of swimlanes and territorialism/ mistrust. The company's current mindset and stage does not support or value roles that operate outside of short-term performance metrics.
