Pros

A place where people are truly passionate about what they do. Collaborative environment, transparency. CEO is involved in the business and leads with empathy. Business is stable and there is clear direction.

Cons

Growing pains as the company expands. "Small town" feel at times where everyone gets too involved- hinders decision making and makes processes slow. This is expected in a smaller environment and we should get better as we grow.
