Pros

Working at CookUnity offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative food-tech company that connects talented chefs with consumers through personalized, chef-crafted meals. It's a unique space where technology meets culinary creativity, allowing you to work on cutting-edge solutions in food delivery and e-commerce. For those passionate about food and tech, it provides the chance to shape the future of the culinary industry, optimize operations, and drive meaningful impact in a B2C environment focused on exceptional customer experience and scalability

Cons

Working at CookUnity comes with some potential challenges, such as a high-demand environment where rapid growth and innovation can lead to heavy workloads and pressure to deliver quickly. The company's evolving structure may create uncertainty and require adaptability as roles and processes shift. Additionally, the competitive food-tech market demands constant iteration and innovation to stay ahead. The strong focus on technology might be challenging for those who prefer less tech-driven environments, and collaboration can be more difficult if team interactions are primarily remote

Pros

sin ventajas, no las hay.

Cons

The management team lacks efficiency, and wages remain low despite the growing responsibilities you have to do. The customer experience team is huuuuuge, but there are no plans to increase wages even though the workload continues to grow. As a member of the customer experience team, you might find yourself treated like a child by the people team, even though you're supporting the entire company and delivering excellent service to customers who pay a lot for CookUnity's services. Meanwhile, you're earning less than $1,000 a month. There have been ongoing conflicts among specialists, and wage increases seem out of reach. Additionally, being required to go to the office doesn’t improve the situation, as the work environment doesn't feel positive (it feels but it is all fake). To soften the situation, usually high-ranking staff will visit the office on specific dates, that you will have outing activities, but it doesn’t really change the overall experience. Also, let's not talk about the recent hires for high rank positions that are completely accommodated and done by referrals just. There are companies paying 1500 per month for less than you will do here. PLEASE DON'T WORK here and find a better place!!
