Pros

It is a company until I worked where you had freedom to propose new ideas, and people listen. You need to "fight" in a good way to make it real, but it depends 100% to you. The CEO is great, and its always challeging you to be better

Cons

Salary can be lower compared to other companies

Pros

A startup-like company but much more solid and stable, with well-structured processes that evolve to adapt to business needs. There's a strong emphasis on teamwork and constant innovation. You need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, as there's plenty of room to take initiative and propose ideas. The company has ambitious goals and great potential for continued growth. Pays in USD and has great benefits (as compared to other companies with contractors)

Cons

It can be overwhelming for those who aren't used to working remotely, balancing synchronous and asynchronous collaboration, and meeting clear objectives.

Pros

Working at CookUnity offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative food-tech company that connects talented chefs with consumers through personalized, chef-crafted meals. It's a unique space where technology meets culinary creativity, allowing you to work on cutting-edge solutions in food delivery and e-commerce. For those passionate about food and tech, it provides the chance to shape the future of the culinary industry, optimize operations, and drive meaningful impact in a B2C environment focused on exceptional customer experience and scalability

Cons

Working at CookUnity comes with some potential challenges, such as a high-demand environment where rapid growth and innovation can lead to heavy workloads and pressure to deliver quickly. The company's evolving structure may create uncertainty and require adaptability as roles and processes shift. Additionally, the competitive food-tech market demands constant iteration and innovation to stay ahead. The strong focus on technology might be challenging for those who prefer less tech-driven environments, and collaboration can be more difficult if team interactions are primarily remote
