Good but....

Pros

Good place for fresh graduated kid to start a career path, low payment and possible opportunity to grow. Company offers very good discounts among all the brands under the Nike umbrella. Good benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of discussion about career growth but when jobs become available a person already have it before the job is posted. The company hires Temp Contractors employees, usually very young graduated kids = Low Pay, not benefits. Work hours can interfere with work-life balance. Micromanagement.

Pros

Giving out a lot of chances to no experience fresh graduated kid but with very low pay, good payment package for expat workers. Casual but comfortable working environment

Cons

Management changing direction every season, confused about what they want to achieve. Money orientated. However, promotion is not efficient. Stressful and huge workload.
