Some of the upsides to working at Converse are the employee discount (Nike and Hurley too), casual dress code, exposure to management

Cons

A somewhat silo-ed approach to working, not as collaborative as it once was. Seems to be an increase in reorganization after new Senior Leadership arrived

Fun, lot's of perks, really creative environment. Lot's of room to grow, and exposure to top management.

Cons

You work hard, play hard. Other than that, there's nothing substantial that I really disliked about working here.
